Terms & Conditions
These terms and Conditions are issued by English Delights - Trading as Box of Delights, The Old Fashioned Lolly Shop (Referred to as Box of Delights in these Terms and Conditions as ease of reference) and will come into force when using our website.
1. Content
Whilst Box of Delights endeavours to ensure all the information on this site is free from errors, Box of Delights does not warrant it’s accuracy, adequacy or completeness and no member of Box of Delights will be held responsible or Liable for any errors in, or omission from the information provided by our online store. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their purchases are accurate, fit for use and free of risk. The customer Must ensure they have completed their own independent research on any potential allergies or choking hazards before purchasing.
2. Pricing and Updates to the Site
Box of Delights reserve all rights to make changes to the content and pricing on this site at any time and without notice. No adjustments are made if the price of any Product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that Product is delivered. Although Box of Delights will do everything in its power to ensure its site remains up to date and secure, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Box of Delights will make no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fit for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.
3. Ordering from us.
When you place we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted. Once the order has been accepted you will not be able to cancel or request a refund. Payment will be taken at the time of the order being placed and confirmed. This payment will be non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.
Customers are liable for every order made under their Login.
4. On Selling.
Customers may not purchase products through the Box of Delights online store for the purpose of resale (On selling to another customer) unless terms of trade have been agreed by Box of Delights and the customer/purchaser.
5. Refusing or cancelling orders
In the unlikely event we don’t have the product you’ve ordered, or it is unavailable for
shipping, in the first instant we contact you and offer you an alternative, if this is not acceptable or fit for purpose we will issue a full refund.
We will not accept a cancellation of an order once the order has been placed, confirmed and paid for online. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe have been placed fraudulently. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the listing of a product on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to cancel the order.

All prices listed on our site are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in store pricing may differ.

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed securely using DPS Payment Gateway. You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
9. Delivery and Delivery Charges
You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at info@lollyshop.co.nz. Delivery times may vary. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than the time indicated.

Box of Delights owns all copyright and other intellectual property in this site and in its shops. All publications on this site, Social Media and in its retail shops are the Intellectual Property and copyrighted by English Delights (Trading as Box of Delights) and cannot be used unless permission is granted by us.
All Imagery, pricing and work completed by Box of Delights is own by us and we advise that you may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties, or for commercial purposes,any portion of this site without the express permission of Box of Delights.
10. Terms of Use.
The customer agrees not to use Box of Delights Online store for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
