Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Please note that weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched by the following Tuesday due to courier service availability.

In the event of any processing delays, you will be notified promptly. While we coordinate closely with our shipping partners, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier companies themselves. Any delivery delays after your package has left our facility should be addressed directly with the courier service. We will support your inquiries by contacting the courier on your behalf, though we cannot assume responsibility for delays occurring during transit."
